TREASURY LOOT RECOVERY: KEY FACTOR FOR THRIVING IN TURBULENT TIMES

The paper examined the reckless treasury loot and the piecemeal recovery process. The study looked at the period of 1962 to date and adopted the ex-post facto research approach and used the historical qualitative analytical tool. The paper recommended that: organs fighting corruption should be strengthened; the judicial delivery system should be overhauled and that capital punishment should be applied to act as deterrent to potential looters.
